Cilantro. One of the most polarizing and divisive food ingredients known. I first tasted it when my Mexican then mother-in-law served me her homemade salsa. What to knit??? I'm already tired of my winter knits but it's too early for me to get excited about summertime. I'm looking at transitional pieces now. Sweaters that works for chilly mornings but aren't too warm for sunny afternoons. Things I can slip on and off in fabrics that breathe, and colors that speak to my heart's longing for springtime.

It’s like that with knitting too. You can knit all the pieces, but it's not done until the edges are picked up and the ends woven in. While I'm not an in the round devotee, I can see the appeal of finishing the knitting and knowing that it was done. Well, not ALL done because of those borders and pesky ends, but more done than a pile of pieces to seam into a garment.
Even so, you can’t wear it until it’s all the way done.
